This collaboration enables our reviewers to receive verified and visible recognition for their peer-review contributions—directly linked to their Web of Science profiles.

Through this initiative, IJONMES aims to:

• Support the academic and professional development of our reviewers,
• Promote transparency and engagement in the peer-review process, and
• Strengthen the global visibility of reviewer contributions.

Upon completing a review in our system, reviewers will have the option to opt in to receive formal acknowledgment—without compromising the journal’s double-anonymous peer review policy.

Step 1: Log into Web of Science and navigate to your profile.

On the left-hand side menu, under "My records", click on “+ ADD” next to Peer reviews (see arrow ①). This will allow you to manually enter the review details.

Once your review appears in the list, click on "Edit" next to the relevant review entry to complete or update the information (see arrow ②).

Step 2: Complete verification of your review.

To verify the review, copy the Review ID (see arrow ③) and forward your review confirmation email (e.g., the thank-you email from the journal) to:

reviews@webofscience.com

Make sure to include the Review ID in the body of your email. Once processed, your review status will be updated to Verified, and it will be displayed in your Web of Science reviewer profile.
